For more than 30 years Sealed Air Nelipak® has supplied products
manufactured in cleanroom conditions. In that time, we have always led the way
in terms of the hygiene and quality standards. All our cleanrooms are accredited
to ISO 14644 with the majority to class 7 standard (Class 10,000). Particle
counters are permanently installed to ensure that the levels are well under the
maximum during the production of your products and the raw materials are cleaned
before entering the cleanroom environment.
Practically all the production operations in the cleanrooms are carried out by
robots, to minimize manual intervention. The medical packaging produced in these
cleanrooms are at a minimum, double-bagged and identified by unique labels.
Systems are in place to ensure total traceability from the raw materials to the
end product.
