Lidding material for trays and blisters

Through Sealed Air's Nelipak^® branded products, we can supply not only tray and blister packaging, but also plain and printed lidding materials including printed Tyvek^® and medical paper (full colour printing is possible). Sterilization indicators can also be printed onto these materials for a complete package.

The lidding material has a peelable coating and is sealed to the blister using heat and pressure. Lidding material can be die-cut to any shape required and can even be zone coated or perforated. These materials are compatible with common sterilization methods such as ethylene oxide (ETO), gamma, beta (e-beam) and steam.

Sealed Air Nelipak^® will advise you which lidding material best suits your total packaging needs after looking at the complete supply chain. We will also take care of the required cutting knife drawings for your products and will test the complete solution on your Nelipak^® sealing tools. We can supply a range of seal and material combinations to meet specialist product requirements.
